Jennifer Vandegriff, LCSW (she/her)

I am passionate about working with women because I have seen the difference that it made in my life when I was able to get out of my head, connect to my body, and feel supported in healing. I was finally able to release the pain and shame of a painful childhood and marriage. I learned an authentic and healthy way of showing up in the world - for myself, my family, my coworkers and my friends. I have experienced hurt and loss in my life but I have also had the privilege of raising three wonderful children and getting a second chance at love.

I don’t believe in being a “blank slate” therapist. We have the opportunity to learn from one another and connect as human beings when we share our experiences, successes, and struggles. I show up as my distractable, opinionated, and sometimes disorganized self, so you can show up as yourself too.

I am silly, nurturing and wholehearted but I will call you on your BS - I don’t have to agree with all of your choices but I won’t judge you for making them. I use humor, compassion and authenticity to connect.
